First time logging in?
Follow these steps:
- Log in with user username and temporary password.
- Your user name is the email address you have on file with CSG.
- Your temporary password is the one that was emailed to you by the CSG office. If you did not receive that temporary password, please call the office at 860-569-0002 or email csginc@csginc.org
Note: You must initially log in before the “Forgot Password”
feature will work. - When you are logged in to the Member Home page, click on Edit Profile to change your password to whatever you would like it to be.
